  1. When are you open? We are open from Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm.

  2. What locations do your cleaners work in? Eco Clean covers the whole of London area.

  3. Are your cleaner's high quality and safe? Yes, they will all provide a very high quality of cleaning and they are fully trained to take the maximum care in their jobs. 

  4. Are your cleaners insured? Yes, Eco Clean provides full liability and accidental damage insurance for all their staff.

  5. Do you vet your cleaners? Yes, we vet all our cleaners. Before we employ any of our cleaners  we required from them: 

    - Minimum 2 references from previous employers or clients
    - Copy of passport
    - Proof of address
    - Work permit

     We also train our staff before they reach you.

  6. Do you provide references? Yes, we provide references if required.

  7. How long will it take you to find me a cleaner? After your initial consultation, Eco Clean will be able to arrange a cleaner to start cleaning your house within a week time.

  8. Can I choose the day when my cleaner should come? Yes, you can choose your appropriate day.

  9. Do I have the same cleaner every week? Yes, it will be the same cleaner coming to your home every week but in case of illness or pre-arranged holiday; we will contact you about a replacement cleaner for this period of time.

  10. What happen if I am not going to be at home when the cleaner comes? Most of our clients are busy working people and if this is convenient for you our cleaners can take responsibility for your house keys, if not we can always discuss a different way to come in and clean your house.

  11. What happen if I am not happy with my cleaner? Just tell us and Eco Clean will allocate a new cleaner for you as quickly as possible.

  12. Are there a minimum number of hours per cleaning visit? Yes, we have a minimum of 2 hours per visit.

  13. Who provides the cleaning products and equipment? Eco Clean will deliver your entire cleaning product to your house, these items are charged separately, but our clients are responsible for the cleaning equipment (Hoover, brush, dustpan, etc…).

  14. Does Eco Clean work on Sundays and public holidays? Eco Clean does not work on Sundays and public holydays but some of our cleaners are prepared to work on these days.

  15. Are there any extra charges I need to pay? (Example transport, holidays, etc…) No, all charges are included in your rate (excluding cleaning products).

  16. Can I cancel a booking at any time? Yes, but you need to let us know at least 3 days in advance and at this point you will not be charged for cleaners fee but you will still need to pay the agency fee.

  17. Do I need to pay cancellation fee? No, not as long as you give us 3 days notice.

  18. Do I have to sign a contract? Yes, all our clients need to read and sign our contract, which is a minimum of 3 months.

  19. Are there any hidden costs? No, there are no hidden costs at all.
